Step 1: rub the ribs with your favourite dry rub (pro tip - for enhanced flavour, rub with love)
Step 2: cover the ribs and put them in the oven at 220° for 3 hours - slow n' low!
Step 3: patience... crack a cold one (or two) while you wait 🍺
Step 4: put the ribs on the BBQ and slather with Chuckleberry's!
Step 5: enjoy 😋

Chuckleberry's Vegan Lentil Stew!
Super easy to make and super delicious plant based goodness.
Start by adding the Holy Trinity (onions, celery and carrots) to a pot with oil over medium high, cook till soft
Next, toast them spices! Add your favourite combination of seasonings to the mix, followed by garlic and jalepeno.
Then you're gonna wanna add chopped tomatoes, and leave for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Now, the most important (and delicious-o ingredient) - add a jar of Chuckleberry's Vegan BBQ Sauce.
Follow that with lentils and potatoes, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Last but not least, add red Swiss chard and lemon zest for the final 5 minutes.
And voila! Vegan Lentil Stew 🎉
